Medical Transcriptionist

Transcend Virtual Office Assistants is seeking an experienced Medical Transcriptionist to support healthcare clients with accurate, timely medical documentation. This role is well suited to someone who is detail-driven, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

About the role
You will transcribe and edit medical dictations and reports, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and confidentiality while meeting client turnaround expectations.
What we’re looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Transcriptionist in a healthcare setting
Strong knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
Experience working with transcription software and EMR systems
Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage deadlines and multiple report types
Commitment to patient confidentiality and privacy standards
